Infections Masterclass and Prescribing Update

This new NMIC Masterclass provides case-based studies and quizzes to test your knowledge of the important changes to the management of infections in primary care over the last five years. By managing the patients in a two-hour clinic we will direct you to new NICE guidance on sepsis (2016), bronchiolitis (2015) and pneumonia (2014), and cover recent controversy about fever after Meningitis B vaccination (2015). There are updates on chickenpox, scarlet fever, cellulitis, conjunctivitis and vaginal discharge, and new antibiotic choices for urinary tract infections and impetigo.
